I would like to hear about Sparse Index, when we first went to V12, we found an issue with using Sparse indexes. So we turned the usage off, I am unsure what the issue was as I did not investigate. What I am seeing is even with Spare Index turned off, it is still be used in certain cases, such as processing IN LISTS.
If it is not turned on , does that impact of performance ?
